Lovely location on the west side of Arran. Didn't stay in the hotel but stopped for a bar lunch. Super food, reasonably priced and very helpful and friendly staff.
Absolutely outstanding in every way! The whole place is immaculate and modern. Views to die for, very comfortable super king bed and luxury Arran toiletries. Lovely breakfasts and dinners, the seafood pie being my favourite. All of the staff are lovely and a real asset to the place. We will most certainly return.
I'd previously walker past this hotel on visits to Blackwaterfoot and assumed it was old and outdated. How wrong I was. Very clean, upgraded with a real emphasis on the food side. Pool and sauna are really good, quality of menu is very good, staff very helpful. Even the public bar had a few cask ales on which was a welcome find after my walk around the island. Highly recommended a stop here.
Sorry not for us . Beautiful view from most windows ,room was decent as we had a sea view but normal after that..breakfast wasn't up to much and can't believe they never had any fresh fruit for breakfast(£180 a night) Remember espresso is extra as its not coffee they said 🤔.definitely wouldn't stay here again....................
When there for a lovely dining experience with local friends. It was a issue booking as a few of us. But the meal and service was great.
Stayed here during a university trip to the Isle of Arran. Picturesque views from the rooms. The toiletries were from Arran Aromatics, excellent quality. The meals served were great too!
beautiful place to stay right on the waters edge, if you don't drive then you have to use public transport, to get around the Island but buses are frequent. staff very friendly and the rooms were spotless, as was the dining room and public areas
We were a group of 12 girls (noisy ladies, ain't no girls!!) Loved the locals company in the public bar. Staff couldn't be more helpful. We're booked again for next year
